By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

Cadobook provides a business tool that enables users to generate quotes, send invoices, and manage business transactions. Payments related to invoices are processed via Stripe Connect, a third-party payment processor.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business.

3. Accounts and Access

To use the Service, you must register and maintain an active account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Keeping login credentials confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Payments and Stripe

Cadobook does not collect or store payment card details. All payment transactions are securely processed by Stripe Connect. By using our Service, you agree to:

Cadobook is not liable for any errors, delays, or disputes arising from Stripe's services.

5. Fees and Billing

We may charge subscription or usage fees for certain features. Fees will be clearly disclosed before you subscribe or use a paid feature.

  • All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • You authorise us (via Stripe or another billing provider) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis where applicable.
  • We may suspend access for failed payments.

Cadobook is not liable for any errors, delays, or disputes arising from Stripe's services.

You remain the controller of any personal data entered into the platform (e.g., customer contact details), and must ensure you have lawful grounds to process such data.

9. Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide a reliable and secure service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Planned maintenance or updates may result in temporary downtime.

Support is available via email at [email protected].

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Required by law or Stripe policies
  • Payment issues remain unresolved

Upon termination, access to your data and services may be revoked. We may retain necessary data for legal or accounting purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cadobook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Our total liability for any claim under these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid in the previous 12 months

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
